Five Shares Community Supported Market: Year-Round
Held on Wednesdays, our community supported market engages the community in a different way. Each market day, members are invited to buy $5 shares which allow them up to ten points worth of goods. Food and other items are assigned a 0-3 point value. Items vary from week to week. We also offer a “Pay it Forward” option to donate shares for others. BGiftE Mobile Market
BGiftE Mobile Market is a Community Supported Market (CSM) that partners with local community groups and anchor institutions to highlight what is good in their neighborhood, while partners provide a local gathering place for farmers, growers, makers and school groups offering access to resources, goods and services to people who live, play, work and worship there.
Our aim is to build and connect the Baltimore commons by providing a rotating, co-creative Community Supported Market (CSM); to share mutually beneficial resources, goods and services that spotlight increased access, collaboration and awareness of what positive things are happening, and already exist, in our communities.
Our BGiftE Market will rotate through various host sites in West and South West Baltimore, Thursdays, 3-6PM, July through October. Our market will feature a rotating variety of growers and makers, as well as a BGiftE sharing table and space for local schools to feature their garden and/or culinary programs.

This is a dynamic opportunity for community host and vendors to share space together and build community. Rotating sites and vendors offer greater access and flexibility to the community supported market space. We invite community hosts and vendors to apply. Applications are on going, and we have opportunities for long and short term commitments.
