Thank you for your interest in vending at the West Baltimore Community Chalk Festival!
Here’s what you need to know.

Submission of vendor application does not mean you’ve been approved as a vendor. We will review your application and get back to you. Vendors are based on first-come-first served, cultural relevance, and type of products offered. Whenever vendors offering the same product type are vying for space, preference will be weighted to favor West Baltimore based businesses.
Application includes filling out the Vendor application form AND sending us pictures of the items your planning to vend to: BaltimoreGiftEconomy@gmail.com.

Time: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
Set-up: 9:30 am – 10:45 am
This event will take place Rain or Shine.
Approx. 10′ x 10′
You must bring your own table, chairs, tent and whatever else you need.
Space is assigned at the discretion of the Event Manager and is non-negotiable.
Some vendors may be on grass.
Fee for Space
We are asking for a donation between $20
You can specify the amount on the Vendor Application Form. You cannot pay through the form. Once we’ve received your application we will review and get back to you. If you’ve been accepted we will send you a link to a secure payment form.
Once you’ve been selected as a vendor and have made your payment. It is non-refundable.
- You must have your food license.
You must have your license with you the day of the festival. You will not be allowed to vend prepared food without it.
You must notify us 24 Hours in advance of your cancellation. Failure to notify us will result in your ineligibility to vend at future events hosted by Baltimore Gift Economy.
• This is a non-juried event and space will be limited. Vendors will be selected based on the date they complete application was received, type of products offered, cultural relevance, and the need to achieve a balance of available products at the Event.
